Is the diffuser suitable for the bedroom?
Yes, it has quiet operation and the option to turn off the light. It does not disturb sleep.
Do I need to add water?
No. PURE works exclusively with pure aroma oils, without water and without heating.
What does Spill-Proof mean?
The patented spill-proof design prevents oil leakage during handling and transport.
How do I set the time and intensity?
Either manually on the device via the touch display, or via the app (Bluetooth). Pre-set programs and manual mode are available.
Does the diffuser monitor oil levels?
Yes — integrated monitoring of aroma oil levels with a notification when refilling is needed.
How long does the battery last?
2200 mAh battery: at low intensity approx. 10–12 hours, at higher intensity 6–8 hours; depends on the mode and whether the light is on.
How to clean the diffuser?
Before cleaning, turn off the device and remove the oil container. Wipe the inside with a dry or slightly damp cloth without aggressive solvents. Do not use water directly in the mechanism.
What oils to use?
We recommend original pure Scentics aroma oils. Avoid diluted or low-quality mixtures, which may shorten the device's lifespan.
Certifications and safety?
The device has CE and ROHS certifications. Keep out of reach of children and animals and use according to the instructions.

Nakonec jsme si pořídili Aroma difuzér PURE Gold a jsme s ním naprosto spokojeni. Přístroj vypadá skutečně velmi hodnotně a elegantně, což se perfektně hodí do našeho interiéru. Ale nejdůležitější je, že skvěle funguje. Manželka si nemůže vynachválit krásnou vůni, kterou difuzér vydává, a oceňuje i celkovou kvalitu přístroje. Je to opravdu investice, která se vyplatila.
