Contact and Delivery Address
1) What defects in the goods are we liable for?
We are responsible for ensuring that the correct, complete, and functional goods were delivered to you and that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. In particular, upon receipt the goods must have the agreed properties and quality, be in the corresponding quantity, and comply with legal regulations and their usual purpose.
- •We are also liable for defects that appear during the warranty period.
- •A difference in color shade between the monitor and reality is not considered a defect.
- •If the product does not meet your expectations, this may be resolved by withdrawing within 14 days according to the Terms and Conditions.
2) Warranty period
- 24For unused consumer goods, the warranty period is 24 months from receipt, unless stated otherwise.
- 12For used goods, the warranty period is 12 months.
- ⏳For items with an expiry / best-before date, the warranty lasts until that date.
- ➕In the case of repair/replacement, a new warranty period does not begin; the original warranty is extended by the duration of the complaint process.
3) Your rights arising from defective performance
- 1Completion of what is missing – in the case of insufficient quantity or incomplete performance.
- 2Reasonable discount – when the goods have a defect upon receipt or within the applicable period.
- 3Repair / replacement – replacement if repair is not possible/reasonable; in the case of a defect in a part, we will replace that component.
- 4Withdrawal (refund) – especially in the event of a material breach, an irreparable or repeated defect, a larger number of defects, or if the 30-day deadline for processing is exceeded.
Condition: for replacement/withdrawal, the item must be returned in its original condition, subject to statutory exceptions (inspection, normal use before the defect is discovered, etc.).
4) When rights cannot be exercised
- ✗You knew about the defect before receipt or caused it yourself.
- ✗The warranty period has expired.
- ✗Normal wear and tear, or defects in used goods corresponding to their condition at the time of purchase.
- ✗Discounted goods – in relation to the defect for which the discount was granted.
5) How to proceed with a complaint
Submit the complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect. We accept complaints only by delivery to the specified delivery address (not by cash on delivery).
- 1Fill in the complaint form (on this page / in your account).
- 2Pack the goods securely and send them to the delivery address.
- 3Include proof of purchase, a description of the defect, and your preferred method of resolution.
Failure to provide any document does not prevent assessment under the law.
Change of the Chosen Right & Costs
- ↺If you choose a right that cannot be granted, we will contact you and allow you to choose another right under this procedure.
- 💬After the complaint is resolved, you will receive confirmation of the method and date of resolution (or a repair report, if applicable).
- 💶You have the right to reimbursement of reasonably incurred costs; this must be claimed within 1 month from the resolution of the complaint.
Effective Date
The complaints procedure is valid and effective from March 26, 2024
