Which goods can I return, and which can no longer be returned?
By law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase contract and return goods. However, there are exceptions, especially for hygiene reasons or in cases of disproportionate reduction in the value of the goods caused by use during this period. Returning Diffusers – What Is Still Acceptable?

Electric and battery-operated diffusers may be briefly tested after delivery (function, noise level) without oil.

If you pour oil into the diffuser and test it with oil, the product can no longer be returned.

Testing should correspond to what would be possible in a store – switch on the empty device briefly only to verify basic functionality.
Tip: Please consider carefully whether you want to keep the diffuser. The return of a used diffuser with oil will not be accepted.
Returning Oils, Samples, and Sets

Oils are sealed. Once the safety seal is broken, returns are no longer possible.

The same applies to sets and samples – a broken seal on the box means it cannot be returned. It is also not possible to return individual parts of a set.

Unopened, undamaged packaging may be returned within the statutory 14-day period.
Order status: If your order is marked as “processing”, it can no longer be changed or modified.
Can I return goods without the original packaging?
Yes, but the goods must not be damaged or excessively worn. Missing packaging may reduce the product’s value – an appropriate deduction from the refunded amount may apply.Can I test the diffuser?
