Which diffusers is the refill suitable for?
The refill is suitable for Scentics reed diffusers as well as most standard reed diffusers. We recommend using a clean bottle and new or well-cleaned reeds.
How long does the refill last?
Longevity depends on the volume of the refill used, the number of reeds, temperature, airflow and the placement of the diffuser. In smaller rooms, we recommend starting with a smaller number of reeds.
Is electricity or a flame required?
No. The reed diffuser works without electricity, heating or a flame. The scent is released naturally through rattan reeds.
How can I increase the scent intensity?
Use more reeds or flip them regularly. For the best result, we recommend using new reeds when refilling.
